职位职能:

行政/人事/后勤类 行政/人事/后勤类全细选,薪资福利经理/主管

职责描述:

1. Provide high level of customer service and project company image by greeting external and internal customers, contractors and other visitors in a timely, courteous and friendly manner. 2. Provides high level of telephone communication techniques. 3. Ensures reception area and lobby area are kept in a clean, tidy and orderly manner. 4. Coordination of meeting room bookings in an efficient and timely manner (includes equipment/facility required). 5. Ensure security and safety procedures are adhered to (security door, visitor badges and registration). 6. Provide day to day operational & administrative support including office supply ordering, PR&payment preparation and submission, mail outs, envelope stuffing, express delivery, jobbers' training coordinator, etc 7. Assistance in TER checking for team members and assigned SBU/Function leaders, monthly medical reimbursement collection and send to HR. 8. Ensures all reception resources (telephone lists) and procedures are up-to-date. 9. Manage and update annual leave list for non-Notes users for HR team 10. Order daily lunch box for RTC

任职资格:
1. Strong interpersonal skills with customer focus are required. 2. Ability to handle difficult callers, visitors and tasks with ease. 3. Ability to priorities and organize multiple requests and tasks. 4. Ability to work with little or no supervision. 5. Knowledge of office systems and equipments sound computer skills, utilizing word, email, excel. 6. Written and spoken English are required 6. Willing to tackle new tasks and eager to learn and help others.
