职位职能:

物流/外贸/采购/货运类 海空运操作客服经理/主管

职责描述:

? Monitor the performance of import agent and prepare the monthly KPI report ? Dedicated contact for assigned major customers ? Keep close contact with customer for shipment status updating & problem solving ? Answer overseas inquiries and involving in daily correspondences with network for shipments status and solutions ? Check FSL and accrue the cost in ACON ? Prepare shipping reports for dedicated customer as per the agreed format ? Check the accounting statement with networks ? Be a backup contact window during the absence of air import manager ? Complete other air import issues which arranged by manager ? Clarify the irregular cargo status and work out the solution to solve the problem like: - Cargo missing, cross labeling, mis-routed and wrong cargo received ? Help client to solve the packing problem of damage, or no IPPC stamp ? Support colleagues to solve the critical issue with coordinating with local agent ? Monitor the performance of local agent and give advice for improvement

三年以上空运进口管理相关经验,CET-6 英语口语流利
